The staff at the Days Hotel & Conference Center at East Brunswick is proud to invite you to plan your next meeting, seminar, or training session with us. In 2005, we were honored to have achieved the Pinnalce Award, which is awarded to Days Hotels that offer superior accommodations, hospitality and service.
The Days Hotel & Conference Center at East Brunswick boasts of meeting and conference facilities that are unique to Days Hotels. Our 10,000 square feet of meeting space features a Conference Center offering five professional classrooms with sound-proof solid walls, white boards and wall mounted audio visual screens. Audio visual requirements are easily accommodated upon request.
This private meeting area accommodates groups of ten to one hundred twenty participants in each room. These rooms may be set in a variety of meeting configurations that include: classroom, conference, U-shape, theater, etc.
The hotel ballroom, on the main level, is ideal for General Sessions of up to 240 participants and may also be divided into three individual breakout areas (Rutgers, Brunswick, and New Jersey). The Conference Center is also available for breakout areas. (See Floor Plan)
Conference meals are accommodated either in the ballroom, restaurant, or meeting rooms. Details are arranged with our conference coordinators, who will be happy to assist you with all the important details that are necessary to insure the success of your meeting.
Restaurant & Lounge
Conference Meals are prepared by our own Executive Chef, renowned for years of great food and service offering the conference planner a variety of meal options.
Our catering specialists will help you choose from a pre-planned conference package, featuring executive buffets or they will be happy to assist in custom planning a menu to suit your preference. Meeting breaks may be simple or elaborate and can be created to suit your taste!
For the group that enjoys dining a la carte, steaks are the specialty at Starlite Restaurant. Our lounge is a wonderful place for conferees to relax and unwind featuring complimentary light fare during happy hour (Monday - Friday).
